Since 2006, Strategische Partnerschaft Sensorik e.V. has bundled the existing sensor technology expertise on behalf of the Free State of Bavaria in order to sustainably strengthen the innovative power and future viability of companies and institutions. As a regional network for the industry, we provide operational and strategic support to members and partners.
The sensor technology network has established itself as a platform for the exchange of business, science and politics across national borders. Every year, around 200 events are held to bundle the know-how of the industry, expand it across disciplines and thus create the basis for new cooperations.
Current technological developments are the subject of the thematically focused circles of experts. The intensive exchange between the network members in these closed circles results, among other things, in new cooperation projects. Experts cover the entire value chain - from research to the application and implementation of technologies for end users.
With the annual Human Resources Expert Forum, we support cross-industry networking in our region and enable sensor technology players to expand their knowledge beyond the boundaries of technology. Short impulses from nationwide experts and best practices from the modern working world as well as interactive communication units characterize this event format.
Every three months we take a look behind the scenes in the cross-sector event series "DiaLogisch Praxis-Treff für Organisationsentwicklung": we let companies tell how they are already implementing current HR trends. Our speakers are practical experts and pioneers in the field of modern working cultures. Following the lectures, the experts will be available for exchange.

Supported by the network management, more than 140 innovation projects in the field of sensor technology have been initiated between the network actors by now, and project volumes of around 40 million have been generated, a good half of these were acquired as government funding.

Sensor technology will play a decisive role in shaping Bavaria's and Germany's innovative capacity. To achieve this, a strong network of partners from science and industry is needed in addition to technological excellence.
